We've been customers of Hyundai (and I think Braman) since 2009. I liked that Daniel texted me near the end of our lease in a very complete but low pressure way, rather than all the Braman sales agents since 2009. Jorge was efficient, professional, friendly, and courteous. He finished the recalls that were overdue by over 5 months.
