At this point, I don't see a reason to contact the GM since the errors that were made are not something that Braman Hyundai can correct for me at this point as they all had to do with the sale and delivery of a new vehicle. I provided the information in my review so that Braman can use it as constructive criticism and make sure these issues don't re-occur with other customers looking for either a new or used vehicle!
