Larry was that person, and although the process itself was unnecessarily long-an issue the dealership's management should attend to by reviewing how to remove unnecessary steps of the sales process (i.e. having sales people going back and forth to the finance person to finalize the deal. Dealership should allow the sales person to be the one conducting the deal from A to Z as The Collection does) Larry was the reason I ended up staying. Larry was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding as he actually listened to my requests, terms & conditions, and was the ONLY reason why I actually ended taking the Hyundai Palisade lease. Larry is a kind person, a good listener, and someone I will definitely consider in the future when my husband is ready to change his current GV80 lease, also from Braman. The reality is we should NOT give the dealership itself the opportunity, but thanks to Larry we will definitely go back to him. It made very happy to have him as my salesperson and actually be his first sale ever. This review is to correct the oversight of not pointing him out in the survey sent by the dealership and I want to make sure that whoever reads this and goes to Braman seeks him out as there should be more salespeople like Larry. Despite having purchased the supposed latest 2023 model, my car has required multiple visits to Hyundai before the first 6 months even concluded. The most recent instance was on July 10th, and it's been over a month with no communication about the ongoing status of my car. Despite my attempts to reach out, there has been no response. The battery has failed twice, and their solution was to buy a portable battery charger – an inadequate solution for a new car. Rather than offering effective solutions, they're calling me to extend my rental car arrangement but no for tell me what happen with the car. It's frustrating to encounter these issues in a new car and disappointing that the dealership has not provided better solutions. More
I was looking for a deal of an used car. The car I bought was or is around 18000 the seller, Mr. Joe sold it for 21.000 and said there was not negotiation. I feel ripped off. My vehicle was in their possession since January 2023 for minor repairs. They unfortunately ended up saturating my interior with water, so they provided a free service to remove mold spores and provided some minor repairs. I received my car back from the dealership last week, upon drop off I notice scratches and dings all over the vehicle exterior. I notified the dealership and they told me they could repair it. They keep delaying this further and I've lost all faith in this dealership. I would like the damage to be repaired by a 3rd party at this point as they are failing to respond or remedy the situation in a timely manner. I was to bring in the car for inspection today, they asked me to wait to do so because they lacked loaners. As of today, they cannot inspect the car because my service advisor is off and they do not have any loaners. They escalated the case internally once more in hopes to get me a loaner, but I am now seeking outside Counsil in this matter. More

Each time I had to ask him to send them by email as a pdf. He did send them by email but not as a pdf as I requested….He sent me the same digital pictures. Upon picking up the vehicle nobody offered to even show me anything about the dashboard electronics or how to drive my first electric vehicle. They didn't even show me where the control is to put the vehicle in drive, reverse and park. I had to search for it myself and eventually realized it is to the right of the steering wheel. They did however show me how to set up Hyundai Blue Link and connected me via the app for Electrify America. The morning after I picked up the vehicle, I checked the tires COLD and they were all 4lbs below the manufacturers recommendation. Front were 32 and should have been 36. Rear was 33 and should have been 37. I was shocked to see that nobody pumped the tires to the correct pressure prior to delivering a new vehicle. No follow up personal touch by Eduardo Calderon via phone or even by text after picking up the vehicle on Saturday 4/15/23 and today is Wednesday 4/19/23. Why would I want to refer my friends to Eduardo Calderon when he does not follow up? Also, Eduardo was not there when I picked up the vehicle. He only told me via text that morning that he would not be there. On the positive side, I will say that the manager at Braman Hyundai gave me an excellent price on the vehicle. Eduardo appeared to be mostly interested in his commission instead of truly helping me. I may recommend Braman Hyundai, but I will not recommend Eduardo Calderon. More
