Excellent in customer service all the way through from: greeting at the drive up outside, then inside meeting with Jorge, then Jorge figuring out something may not be right with my car when he moved it to greeting at the drive up outside, then inside meeting with Jorge, then Jorge figuring out something may not be right with my car when he moved it to another lane, then to the cleanliness, working multiple tv's and coffee machines in the waiting room, and the spotless bathrooms, and most importantly the convenience of having a loaner car available! My life's schedule was really not inconvenienced and Jorge found this full time student multiple issues that were covered under my warranty that other service centers neglected to find.
