Thieves with a Smile The customer service was pleasant while I was purchasing my vehicle. But in hindsight, buying a car from them was probably one of the worse experience The customer service was pleasant while I was purchasing my vehicle. But in hindsight, buying a car from them was probably one of the worse experiences I've ever had. The sales manager David Perez just kept lieing about everything in order to pull more money out of my pocket. For example, I negotiated a price and had my own financing line up. But when I walked in to take the car, he states that if I didn't use Hyundais financing it would be an additional $750 because this was a rebate dependent on financing with Hyundai. This was a total lie. I shopped around to another dealer that was offering me the price I was willing to pay for the car. I was at the Brahman dealer for 6 hours because he kept lieing to get more money out of me. The only reason I bought the car from them was because the sales guy was kind of cool and I didn't want to make the drive to Kendall Hyundai. Such a horrible experience! If I wasn't working with another dealer, I would of paid a lot more for my Elantra. More
