Love my Genesis and the sales experience I had already visited a different Hyundai dealership looking to test drive the Genesis and it was a horrible experience. Walking into Braman Hyundai was entirely different. I tend to use a car broker over the phone every 3 years for a new car so I don't have to deal with the annoyance and unpleasantness associated with car dealerships and to get the best possible deal out there. This was the most positive experience I've had without using a broker. My salesman Frankie Lopez was knowledgeable about the car, asked me the right questions and listened to my answers! In the end, it was a great fit and I left that night with the car.... I love it! More
