I appreciated how the staff was incredibly fair and gave me the fair market price for a car. They also did not pressure me at all about how I should pay and were very accommodating. My car salesmen, Jake, was very helpful too because due to factory shortages of cars in the nation (which is not the fault of the dealership) I had to wait for a new shipment of 2023 Kia Soul LX. He kept in touch and right when they came in, he contacted me! I really appreciated that and I was able to test drive and purchase my car in record time once the car was in stock. I also appreciated that Bramlett Kia was able to give me an OTD price for the vehicle I was interested in right off the bat. All the other Kia dealerships and other brand of dealerships refused to give me an out the door price unless I came in to meet them. I realized this was because they kind of wanted to see if they could convince me to pay more or base a loan off of my budget. Bramlett Kia really stood out because they gave me the genuine fair market price and they played absolutely zero games. I highly recommend going here! The manager Jay, the finance department and salesmen like Jake were super nice. Also as a female, unfortunately other dealers would ignore me and instead talk to whoever I came with who was male instead of me. Yet it was my money and I was the only one signing and purchasing and Bramlett Kia also stood out because they always paid attention to me. They made sure to talk directly to me and treated me as they would anyone else More
