I told him I wanted to crunch numbers before deciding on the vehicle and he instantly went to work on determining the value of my trade and told me what I would get up front. Once we came to an agreement, the buying process was smooth. The finance manager also didn't push any extended warranties on the deal, but listened to what I said I wanted, and left it at that instead of trying to push more coverage. When I am respected and heard from the start, it makes for a much more enjoyable purchasing process! I will gladly give them a 5 star review, but wish I could rate them 10 stars! More

I needed a new vehicle as my other vehicle had a catastrophic event that incapacitated it and was no longer drivable. I hadn't planned on BUYING a new vehicle. My sister and I were just going to go "looking" around to see what I might want. The first place we went was Bramlett Kia. Right after we arrived and started looking at cars, we were approached by Jake Hornung, a salesman, who immediately impressed me. He was warm and friendly, and most of all, he seemed very genuine and sincere. He was very patient with me and answered all of my MANY questions. I felt NO pressure from him to buy a vehicle. He is definitely a "people" person. So, after spending some time looking at several vehicles, I decided on one I was interested in, so Jake, my sister, and I took it for a test drive and I loved it! Had it not been for Jake, and the way he managed himself during my quest for a new car, I'm really not sure I would have even bought a car on this day. It was a nerve-racking experience for me as I haven't bought a vehicle in many years, but Jake put me at ease. As I mentioned before, he was VERY patient with me through the entire process. When it was time to do some wheeling and dealing, I was introduced to Nick, who was very friendly as well, and very accommodating. This part I was extremely nervous about as it has been 21 years since I've purchased a vehicle from a dealership, and I'm NOT a good negotiator! Nevertheless, Nick was also very patient with me and we agreed on a price I believed to be fair. He even threw in a full tank of gas for me. If ever I need another vehicle, this is the place I will go and will tell everyone I know to ask for Jake, and then see Nick. What a GREAT place it is to buy a new vehicle. THANK YOU JAKE!!!
