My experience was great!!! From the minute I sent a request for an internet quote to having the plate transferred to my new van it was great. Kathryn explained everything to me and answered my crazy questions with grace. I didn't like the sales manager all that much since he tried to sell me "extras" I wasn't interested in. As far as service goes..... it's top notch. The hours are good and when you go in, the guys know what they are doing and are great to deal with. I was impressed that Kathryn went out of her way to say hello and ask me how the van was working out at my first service visit. Thank you Brandfon and Thank you Kathryn for a great experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Bob Karcich would assist me in choosing the right car for me. Bob was very professional and made me feel like I was the one who could decide which car I wanted, not which one he wanted to sell me. This was especially important to me because my last experience in buying a car the salesman made me pressure in, 1) buying a car quickly, and b) not giving me all the time i needed to make the right choice. We went through the inventory and Bob assured me that if the vehicle I wanted was not in the lot, he could get it quickly delivered which I liked because it made me feel like I didn't have to buy one that was alreday in the lot. The overall experience with the entire staff, and especially Bob was a very pleasant one and I've since spread the word to all my friends about how pleased I was and that I highly recommended Branfon Honda for their next car purchase.
