I have a 2007 Honda Civic and the warranty on my car has expired. I needed to get the drivers side visor replaced and checked if they would give me a discount since Honda's had a few issues with the visors expired. Honda agreed and Randy called me back and set up an appointment. Branford Honda and Randy really look to provide good customer service and I am extremely happy that they take time out to ensure they get the best deals for their customers. Although my business purchased cars of other makes, no dealership was more consistent in price, attention to detail, courtesy, and quality of service than Brandfon Honda. That's why we never bothered to get a competitive quote from another Honda dealer. Even though I'm retired, I still receive the same level of service that I enjoyed when I was purchasing vehicles on a regular basis.
