He was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We purchased a car the same day. It was the most efficient, hassle free purchase I have ever experienced. And even though this dealership has caused me some grief in the past, they always go out of their way to make it right. The cars are priced reasonably so I don’t spend a ton of time dealing with haggling. There really is no need for it. Ask for Joanne. She will make you feel comfortable and she keeps it light, which is needed at times when dealing with these types of transactions. I also dealt with Ed for the financing and I appreciated his calm demeanor and also his straight answers. I will always return here to buy cars because I can’t stand wordy and gimmicky sales people, and I never feel that way here. More
