This is by far the best Honda service station I have ever been to. I moved to Connecticut from Indiana and I felt like the Honda service stations in Connecticut were very rude and expensive after having vis been to. I work in the Groton/New London area and I happened to just visit Brandfon Honda one day because it was the nearest dealership when I was traveling to New Haven. I was so impressed by Brandfon Honda's friendliness, quality of service and cost that now, I recognize their service department as having far better service than anything I had expected before. The Brandfon Honda branch really knows how to treat people, and I won't be taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to any other dealership anymore.
