I went to have an Oil Change. Sam, the person I dealt with, is very professional, courteous, and sincere. Being a woman, I truly appreciated the fact that they were completely honest with me and did not with, is very professional, courteous, and sincere. Being a woman, I truly appreciated the fact that they were completely honest with me and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding cars. I didn't know how much service I needed and as it turned out, all I needed at this time was an Oil Change. Again, I appreciated the fact that they did not do anymore than needed to be done. Sam very clearly explained to me what was done. I drove away very pleased with the experience and knowing that I will return for service needed in the future. We started our experience at brandfon honda with Nick Pawlowicz-very knowledgeable, nice and patient. On our second trip back to the dealership Nick was out ill and we were lucky to meet Chris Sementilli Pawlowicz-very knowledgeable, nice and patient. Chris made buying our new car fairly easy and really made us comfortable with the finally price. We never felt any pressure from any of the sales staff, and everyone was pleasant. That also includes Matt Goodwin-he gave us alot of information, and addressed all our concerns before we left the dealership with our new car. We went to a second honda dealership, Westbrook honda-where we had bought our last 2 hondas from-and they could not match the deal we received from brandfon honda. More

Kathryn was wonderful to work with. We had a great feeling about her from the start. We sent out for quotes from different dealers and hers came back not only with the most reasonable price, but also feeling about her from the start. Her emails were friendly and professional, not at all pushy. The other dealers were urging us to get into the dealership and didn't want to tell us what the additional charges were until we could come in and sit down with them. In person, Kathryn was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We never felt rushed to get in or out of the dealership. She has encouraged us to call her with ANY questions at all about the car we purchased, and I feel that she really means it. It's like we have our own personal car consultant. We will definitely be recommending her to others, and purchasing our future cars from her as well. More

At least four times while I was there, someone came by the waiting area (which is pristine and has free wi-fi access so I can work while waiting) and asked if anyone needed a ride and if anyone had been waiting too long and needed their vehicle status checked on. Every service rep that came in to talk with a customer sat down next to that person, explained everything thoroughly, and was respectful and considerate. Brandfon Honda is a top notch operation and I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here! More

Within seconds, Sam had asked me all the pertinent questions, responded to my inquiries and concerns and estimated the cost of the service. When I asked about additional,possibly necessary, repairs/adjustments, he answered efficiently, and when he did not yet know the answer, he explained how and when he would find out. He even read my mind: I had forgotten to request that the windshield wipers be changed, so he asked if it should be checked into... very impressive professional behavior all around. The car was ready exactly when he said it would be, and his estimate was within a couple of dollars of the final cost. I've always found service impressive at Branfon Honda! I think that Sam is one of your great employees. More
