We have been coming to Brandfon Honda since 2004 when our daughter needed a new car. We were so impressed with the sales person, Joel DeMarco, than when I needed a new car, i did my reserch, wanted a HOnda C daughter needed a new car. And your service department is tops. It honestly doesn't matter whom I deal with, everyone is friendly, courteous and informative. On my visit on 8/17/2011, I was taken right into the service bay, greeted, and when a real problem was found, it was explained to me first (including the pricing). Jon Carter was wonderful, and Jerry Torino drove me to work and we chatted very nicely. It's a wonderful dealership and I can't see going anywhere else. More

I have been a Brandfon Honda customrer since 1990. I purchased my Honda Civic LX at the New Haven dealership back in 19990 on Whalley Avenue. I serviced my car at Branfon for at least the first 15 years. I purchased my second Honda Civic EX in June 2010. Each experience I have had at Honda has been courteous and professional. The one serviceman that stands out to me, over the several years I have been a customer with Brandfon Honda, is Joe Whitmore. He has always been friendly regardless of whether or not whether I brought my car to him on the day of service. He has always had a friendly "hello", explains the problem in a manner in which you can understand, and is an "asset" to the Brandfon Honda. I needed to be in this dealer three different times, three consecutive Fridays, because because they did not have the parts that my car needed for its complete service. It meant a lost of time and as re three consecutive Fridays, because because they did not have the parts that my car needed for its complete service. It meant a lost of time and as result my disapproval and no-satisfaction for their service, which under these conditions is expensive and inefficient. I never heard an excuse. For the workers, my time was not an important variable in the qualification of their quality of service. I also had a bad experience, for the same work one guy rated 1 work-hour and the other one 0.5 hours. That kind of inconsistencies are not acceptable in this kind of business. One of those Fridays I was looking around the exhibition room, no body asked me anything. Am I not important as a client? I am right now making the decision of buying a new car. A client or potential client is always important more in this times of economic recession. Jerry, the shuttle's guy, is doing an excellent work with his kindness and consistency in the quality of his service. He really likes what he is doing. More

The service representative, Joe, remebered my name and had pulled up my car information on his computer by the time I had reached his counter. He was friendly and polite as always. There are few places these days were one encouters excellent customer service and Branfon Honda is one of them. It is nice to go to a place were one is remembered and their loyalty appreciated. I took my wife's Honda CRV in because of an air bag recall. I brought the car down the night before my appointment, because my family right now is down a car and my son has been using mine. When I got to Brandfon Honda Jon Carter was doing the paperwork and I mentioned how it would have been too crazy to get the car down there in the morning because of the fact we were down a car. On top of already being friendly and professional, he asked me if I wanted to wait for it and they would check the airbag while I waited. That was really a great help to me and my family because trying to get everyone to work the next morning would have been really tough.
