I've been coming to Brandfon Honda for almost 4 years since I purchased my car here with them. I was really upset finding out things on the finance part later after the deal was closed but I guess it hap since I purchased my car here with them. I was really upset finding out things on the finance part later after the deal was closed but I guess it happends to everybody since I work for an insurance company and we have a bank. However, my car was stolen a couple months after I purchased it and I was very anxious so I called my sales rep( I wonder why, cause nobody would of thought of that) I will never forget his name James Overton, even though he no longer works at this place. When you are able to remember someone's name it means they have left you with a very good impression. When I spoke with James he reassure me that it will be ok, I had gap insurance and there was nothing to worry about. I felt really calm and felt like I could trust. So I did, my car was found a couple of days later, and I def had to take it to be repaired at this same place. Ever since then I have been coming here every three months to get my regular oil change and all my service needs. Peoples are friendly and are always greeting you and it makes you feel well in this environment. They'll take you to work if you don't have ride. It's a great place to come and my oil service only comes out to $25 with car wash which I think it's a deal. On the other hand other service things are very expensive, my 2 front wheel bearings need to be replaced, price of the parts $100, labor $500...Be the judge. Overall customer service is really good from all of the service department. More

I went to Branfon Honda for the first time for an oil change. As I entered the Express Oil service area, I was happily greeted by Amanda, in customer service. I felt as if I were dropping my car off for change. As I entered the Express Oil service area, I was happily greeted by Amanda, in customer service. I felt as if I were dropping my car off for valet parking, but with better service. I did not feel rushed and Amanda made me feel comfortable and calmly waited for me to gather my belongings before she brought me to the showroom. She even pointed out the various places I could sit and wait and also let me know about the free coffee. Amanda was upfront about the waiting time for the oil change and even came back to communicate that the wait would be just a bit longer because they needed to get the right oil filter for my car. She came back again to review the battery test readings and later on she reviewed the remainder of the diagnostic form that Branfon uses for oil changes. I appreciated all of the detail because I am someone who likes things explained. I was greeted with the same amount of enthusiasm and professionalism once my car was ready. I have never received this level of service with previous oil changes. I would highly recommend Branfon Honda as a destination for your oil changes. More
