When I arrived I was greated in a friendly manner. I described the reason for my visit & Tom Peters explained that they would check for the problem & tell me what they discovered. Once they discovered the problem Tom Peters let me know & took me to my car and showed me the issue. I ok'd the work to be completed and Tom again told me once the work in completed he would let me know. Said approx. 1-1/2 hours and in fact he was correct.
