I appreciated the whole service experience from the the email that notified me of the need to bring my car in to the actual time spent at the dealership when the salesperson who sold me the car originally email that notified me of the need to bring my car in to the actual time spent at the dealership when the salesperson who sold me the car originally even came by to say hello; I was then able to bring my car in exactly as they had suggested over the phone. When I arrived they brought my car right in without an appointment and it took about an hour as they had estimated. The only thing I could possibly think of suggesting as an improvement is having actual half and half for the coffee, but really that would just be like a cherry on top! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or for getting their Honda serviced. They are friendly and reliable. More

Brandfon Honda provides excellent service. They had a special deal for express oil change ($19.99), which included free car wash and free multi-point vehicle inspection. I brought the car in for an oil change and three issues,1. Key electronics not working, 2. Possibly out of alignment, and 3. Chattering of the brakes at high speed stops or slow downs. They checked everything and even test drove the car for the braking issue. They reported no problems, did the oil change and replaced what needed to be replaced in the keys. I was in and out in less then two hours and only spent $21. More
