As soon as I drove in the service area, I was promptly greeted by the service manager and left the keys in the ignition and asked nicely my purpose for service today. Then I was led into the waiting area greeted by the service manager and left the keys in the ignition and asked nicely my purpose for service today. Then I was led into the waiting area where I was warmly greeted by my salesperson who sold me the car. I expressed the need to purchase another car for my wife,so he kindly showed my around the lot of what was available. I then thank him for his time and located the waiting area where I helped myself to a cup of coffee and was able to find a recent magazine of the new Phila. Eagles cornerback!(Sports Illustrated)As soon as I finished the article, service had finished my oil change best of all, they were having a special on oil changes that save me 35$!OVERJOYED! More

All, I have been a loyal customer of Branfon Honda for All, I have been a loyal customer of Branfon Honda for over 10 years and have purchased 4 Honda from Joan Panzo...the best. I am welcomed, as if I' All, I have been a loyal customer of Branfon Honda for over 10 years and have purchased 4 Honda from Joan Panzo...the best. I am welcomed, as if I'm family, and treated special. Randy has always taken care of me in service and I have never had a complaint. I have 5 other newish cars, not Honda's, MB's and VW's, so I know the other dealers and such. There is always the 'this and that' , but at Branfon Honda, they are always 'straight forward and honest' ( wow... when dealing with a car salesman, this statement may surprise you). I recently traded in my older Pilot for a new one 2011, black. loaded. , got an unbelievable deal, they did all the paperwork and I rolled in one day. I must say that the pilots need Michelins to give you the best performance and handling. LOve my car, love my dealer and love the people....so call me crazy. Mike C. More
