I have been to Brandfon twice to have my car serviced and both times have been incredibly pleased with their customer service and the work done on my car. I don't even live in the area but compared to other both times have been incredibly pleased with their customer service and the work done on my car. I don't even live in the area but compared to other Honda dealerships I've taken my car to I've had the best experience at this particular dealership. Both times I interacted with Randy, who is friendly, professional, and responsive. I was even pleased to receive a call after my service appointment make sure that everything was going smoothly with my car. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Brandfon. More
Tom Peters in the Service Department was very courteous and friendly. Very thorough in searching for past repair history of my vehicle. That is a big plus since I have dealt with other repair dealers for my previous vehicles in the past and the work was of poor quality and over-priced for the type of repair done i.e; final bill was not the quoted price. When I leave Branfon Honda I know that the job was done right! Also, I always receive a friendly "hello" every time I am at Branfon from car salesman Nick Pawlowicz, from whom I purchased my Element in 2003, he is the best! More

I was having trouble with returning one of my two leased vehicles.I had already gone back to the dealer I purchased the leases from (Westbrook Honda) and was not satisfied at all by customer service I recei vehicles.I had already gone back to the dealer I purchased the leases from (Westbrook Honda) and was not satisfied at all by customer service I received,actually with leasing from them or trying to return the Civic. . Because I didn't get any help at the other dealer I asked a friend who he dealt with at Branfon Honda. He gave me the name of the salesman Nick but when I went there he was busy assisting another customer. So Daniel Vargas came up to me and asked if he could help me, I told him I was waiting for the other salesman and he said "ok, but if I can be of any assistance I would be more than happy to help you" So I told him what I was trying to do. He more than gave me the feeling that he was interested in my problem and how upset I was about the way I was treated at the other dealer. He was very professional about the way he dealt with my problem of retuning the lease since I told him my son graduated college and moved away to NYC and didn't need the car anymore and that my finances were stretched because my husband had died 18 months ago. He was very compassionate and made the process very easy. I went home and got the car in question and he had it appraised and within minutes gave me a deal on the return. Where at Westbrook they wouldn't even talk to me about returning the Honda Civic and were more interested in the Honda Accord that I had also leased at the same time as my son's car. And said I needed to pay another $2600 to return the Accord. At the time Daniel and I talked I asked him if I could try and buy out my lease on the Accord, and this I had never ever heard from a car salesman....he said why not finish out the lease and buy it for less at the end....I was floored..never would I of thought he would of said that. I will definitely tell everyone who is looking for a car to go to see him at Branfon Honda..and I will be back there for all my service until my lease is up and then purchased future cars from them...no questions asked. Kathryn was a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure and willingly found the color and model I was interested in.
