I don't believe it was Joe the service advisor's fault since he did not perform the service to my sister's vehicle. Took my sister's accord in for service as usual by appointment even through its called " since he did not perform the service to my sister's vehicle. Service included Oil Change, multi-point inspection and free car wash. Took over an hour which I did not mine and waited in the waiting room and browsed around the lot with the new cars. However, when I got the car back, car was not washed, Oil Change Sticker was not updated with new sticker. Went to check under the hood to make sure oil change was atleast performed. Which was. Possibly this one time only I hope. Will follow up another review if it happens again. This is not the first time I brought the accord for service here. Thanks More
Came in for an oil change and routine maintenance. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, although I wish they still had the free snacks available. My service advisor was Randy Newton, I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. He took a low pressure approach when suggesting additional maintenance, which was appreciated. The wait time was reasonable, especially when considering it was lunch time on a weekend. More
Randy is very professional, helpful and extremely nice as are all of the other service department staff I have ever dealt with. Great dealership with employees who understand the value of customer service. Each member of the team worked overtime to secure our new vehicle and Joann came in on a vacation day to do the delivery... Outs of customer service. I came into Brandfon Honda for my 5,000 oil change today and was greeted by Randy Newton, whom I found to be courteous and accomodating when he asked me the reason for my visit today. I advised him that I would wait for the oil change service to be completed and Randy said I could wait in the show room lounge and would be advised when the service was complete. In about a half hour the service was complete and Randy brought me to the cashiers office and explained the performance done and all the findings they had found on my vehicle, which by the way were all good. We have bought our two most recent Hondas at Brandfon, and have them had them serviced there ever since. With their excellent service, the two cars may last forever. I have never had a bad experience at Brandfon. This last visit was great. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I went to get dvd fixed in our car, they gave me the name and number of place to get i visit was great. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I went to get dvd fixed in our car, they gave me the name and number of place to get it fixed because it is not a honda dvd. Then asked if they could do anything else for the car. So I got my oil changed for the lowest price ever. Cudos to Brandfon! Will always go back. Kathy Pugliese More

I recently bought a new Honda Accord from Joel DelMarco. Not only was he very warm and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. The dealership did not have the model I wanted in stock, but it only took Joel Not only was he very warm and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. The dealership did not have the model I wanted in stock, but it only took Joel a few days to locate one somewhere else in the state. Before I knew it I had my brand new car, in the color I wanted. He also didn't waste my time with a lot of back and forth with the price. He just came out with the best price he could give me, and I appreciated that. I was then introduced to Rob Cottingham, who went over the financing with me. He was also warm and friendly, with a great sense of humor. He explained the extended warranty plan they offer, as well as the Simonizing service. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Both of these men were very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Oh, one more unexpected plus -- the following day I received a phone call from the dealership owner, Mr. Brandfon himself. He just wanted to thank me for my business! These are the things that make great customer service. More
