I purchased a used vehicle (not a honda) a little over 6 months ago. My sales associate was awesome and the business manager was helpful, hard working, and attentive. My issues are this though: with-in weeks of buying the car the entertainment system FAILED and a clunking noise in the rear of the vehicle. I was told the entertainment system wouldn't be paid for, at best we could do a 50/50 split because it wasn't a safety concern. The clunking noise that i mentioned was diagnosed as an issue with the front right tire, but the noise persisted after being fixed. Come to find out it's a worn out control arm in the REAR where i mentioned the noise was initially coming from (too late now that I have no warranty). My advice to you is this; only buy a HONDA from a HONDA dealership, and a BMW from BMW dealership, JEEP from a JEEP dealership, etc. It's clear that the attention paid to other vehicles on the lot lacks if it has no HONDA emblem visible. Again, the sales and finance manager were great, but the used car manager could have done a little more to a.) make sure things were good before selling the car, and b.) being a little more accommodating to issues that happened with-in days and weeks of buying the vehicle. More

During our negotiating process, he clearly relayed our expectations and worked with the Business Manager to get the deal that we wanted. Simple oil change. 1 hour later I heard "Having difficulty getting your vehicle on the lift" 1/2 hr later I left without service & peace of mind. I went to Valvoline the next day 20 minutes later my van was service fluids checked and tires rotated. My Odyssey has been service at least 5 times at Brandf-up and now I'm wondering if my oil has ever been changed or I was I just charged??? By the way even when appoinments are scheduled I have had to wait 2+ hrs that's insane... actually having returned for that service was insane. I have already sought out another dealer and shame on Earl for asking for feedback after I already provided it face to face! More
Went to the dealer to fix a problem with the key remote. Randy told me about a recall for the key, said it would take about 45 minuets. All was fixed on time key works great. The dealership was no pressure and sales staff was professional and courtesy while providing a great environment. The following day we were contacted by the owner of the dealership, who thanked us for buying the car from his dealership. The only reason a call came because he was unavailable when we picked up the car, as he generally speaks with and thanks all new owners. I have never had such an enjoyable car buying experience and would recommend this dealerhip to anyone. More
