I purchased a used car with a problem in the Stereo Unit which rounded out to cost about $800. I had an outstanding experience working with Joel and Rob went out of his way to get me financing. I am 53 years old and have bought a few cars. I hate going to dealerships because most that I have been to, aren't really looking to find what you want. They are only trying to find the easiest path for themselves to get you in a car and out the door. to, aren't really looking to find what you want. I couldn't be happier with how well they helped me every step of the way. If I get a car in the future, I would definitely want them to help me again and here is why. I called the dealership and spoke with Daniel. I asked about a car and he returned my call within a reasonable time about it's availability. I told him what I was looking for and he never tried to upsell me on something else. He helped me get exactly what I wanted. Since I live in New Jersey, he gave me directions to the New Haven train station. Then he went and picked me up from the train station and brought me to the dealership. He was to the point and like I said, just focused on what I wanted. Before I came up to the dealership to finish the paperwork, I received a call from Matt Goodwin about the finance special that was going on with Honda for July 4th. Most dealerships don't call you and let you know you have a better option and could pay less on interest. I appreciated that phone call a lot. When I was filling out all the information with Matt, he was open to having a small conversation while still effectively explaining all the paperwork to me. I don't like it when someone just puts a bunch of papers in front of you and doesn't have a personality. So I was very pleased with how Matt helped me through all the paperwork. He also gave me options for warranties, lojack, etc and let me choose what I wanted and didn't push me on anything. Overall, I can't say enough about the whole process being so smooth and satisfying. Thank you Daniel Vargas and Matt Goodwin once again. I have your card when I am ready for my next car. :) More
Chris greeted me immediately and was not pushy at all. I was referred by a friend and met the Business Manager, Matt Goodwin, at that time as well. It was about 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and he stayed a few minutes late to get my information. He emailed me prices on Monday which were well below the MSRP and below what Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Reports, and Edmunds said were good prices to pay. We communicated by email and telephone. The moment Honda offered 0.9% financing, Chris was sure to contact me to let me know. The waiting area is fabulous as I had to bring my 8 year old son with me the night before to go over final details and get a price for my trade-in. Chris made sure we had everything done the next day and even drove to Rhode Island to get the vehicle I wanted. Matt made the paperwork easy and within an hour I was done. Brandfon was amazing and since I had time constraints Chris asked me to come back so he could show me everything the car offers and how to program items. The owner took the time to call my house the next day and apologized for not being there to meet us personally when we purchased. This dealership is honest and brought me back to buying a Honda. It had been 15 years since I purchased a vehicle and it was the best experience. More

When I have limited funds, Jon will advise me as to what repairs are most important to do immediately. How rare that experience is today. In the truest sense of the word, the customer's needs come first! In addition,Jon has a kind, thoughtful manner, with conscientious, timely follow through. I keep my cars well into 200,000 miles and I attribute that to Jon's high level of dealership repair, as well as the Honda being an excellent auto. In my book, he's the man to work with.
