I was having some trouble with a stutter in the transmission (2007 Honda Accord, V6). The problem only presented when the engine was cold. The service manager allowed me to park the car overnight transmission (2007 Honda Accord, V6). The problem only presented when the engine was cold. The service manager allowed me to park the car overnight at the dealership and take the car out on a test drive with a mechanic first thing in the morning. The mechanic felt the problem and was then able to begin finding the cause. All through the process the staff was courteous and professional and the mechanic demonstrated good knowledge and experience. The problem turned out to be a faulty torque converter. It required a lot of work to repair (drop the transmission, etc.). Fortunately for me, the job was covered under the drive train warranty. That being the case, I greatly appreciate the courtesy and profession quality of service rendered --- couldn't have been better. Thanks Tom, Lou, and Brandfon Honda! More

The service advisors are always pleasant , especially Joe. They are usually very obliging I would update the waiting area with new, clean chairs, and not cloth chairs. The dealership has a play room for toddlers, which is a necessity for parents waiting for the car to be serviced. They offer excellent quality coffee for free while you are waiting. Brandfon is always very accomodating and so pleasant to work with. We didn't want to wait the one and a half hours while they did the maintenance work scheduled so they provided a shuttle service and the d work with. I visited the dealership on a Saturday for seervice which was convenient as I did not have to lose time from work. I was greeted & my car taken immediately.
