Customer Service I wanted to share my experience at Hyundai in East Haven so other customers will know how wonderful this dealership was for me. As soon as I walked in I wanted to share my experience at Hyundai in East Haven so other customers will know how wonderful this dealership was for me. As soon as I walked in all of the sales associates were friendly and greeting me. The sales associate Michael Taylor came over introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I explained to him my situation and what I was exactly looking for. He immediately started to show me all my options to choose from that would fit my needs. He was polite and very knowledgable with all the cars he sells. He explained every last detail with the car I chose. Usually in the past at dealerships I would feel pressured or they didn't care about me as a customer. Michael made me feel comfortable and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with him. I left with a new car and it was everything I was looking for. He was wonderful to work with and he made me feel more like family than just a customer. I will be letting everyone I know about my experience at your dealership and sending them there. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership in the future. Thank you!!! More

EXCITMENT!!!!! To start, my credit isn't good at all, to the point that I have been turned down for the slightest of things such as even needing a deposit for a To start, my credit isn't good at all, to the point that I have been turned down for the slightest of things such as even needing a deposit for a cell phone contract. So you can assume my "EXCITMENT" is over-whelming to say the least that salesman {Micheal Taylor} amazingly told me that I was approved for the car I wanted and nothing less.
