Great service even without an appointment I called Brandon Ford on Monday 08/25/14 and was told by Maria to bring in my vehicle the next day and to explain the issue I was having. I brought our 2014 Explorer back to Brandon Ford on Tuesday 08/26/14 at 8am or so and was assisted by Tracy Hysell the Service Advisor. I did not have an appointment but that didn't seem to matter as I explained to Tracy that our SYNC application was not working. Tracy immediately assisted me with the vehicle and it was fixed within an hour. I also pointed out that there was a problem with our keyless entry on the drivers side door and Tracy had that fixed as well as I left the vehicle (my option) and received a call at 3pm that the car was fixed. We were able to pick it up the next day. I could not be more happy with the service we received from Brandon Frod and I told Tracy that she did an outstanding job with assisting us with our new (Brandon Frod certified) vehicle. Great Experience! I worked with Lyle and he was great! I never once felt like he was trying to sell me something, but that he was helping lead me to exactly what i want I worked with Lyle and he was great! Wonderful team! My car wouldn't start I was at work in Clearwater. The tow truck tooo a long time to come out there and I needed a rental but wouldn't make it by 6. The gentleman I spoke with arranged to have the car for me when I did get there which was a life saver! The next day Anthony from service contacted me multiple times just to give me an update on the car and even came to greet me when I picked it up. They even expedited the service for me because I had to be in Orlando the day after it stopped working. It is a 2012 so I bought the extended warranty and it covered everything. The entire staff was professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. I am very happy and grateful for this team. Thanks Brandon Ford ! More
