Service on Factory Recall While the recall notice indicated that my dealership may need my 2015 Escape to perform the required service for possibly 1/2 day, I was in and out wi While the recall notice indicated that my dealership may need my 2015 Escape to perform the required service for possibly 1/2 day, I was in and out within 40 minutes, including topping off fluids and checking tire pressures. This service department is efficient from the gal who makes the appointments, to the cashier. This is the 2nd Ford I have serviced with Brandon Ford, and Robert Lopez.
