I rely on the service representative to recommend what needs to be done at the best cost. Since I purchased the Gold Plus Car Care Service Plan, I expected all items to be covered. Hence the argument over why I should pay $25.00 for windsheild wipers and another charge for cabin filter. Danny Bent did everything he could to keep me happy, including covering the charges and throwng in a detail job. But I did read the contract later and even though the list of things is as long as my arm, windsheild wipers not there. So I am wrong and will get these items from a cheaper source. However, thanks to Danny I feel like a valued customer, and thanks to all the folks at Brandon Honda for keeping my car experiences positive. More

As full time working mom with 3 kids, spare time is something I don't have. Throughout the work week I was able to explain my very specific needs to Andre our sales rep. He appeared to understand my situation and when my family and I arrived on Saturday the process was relatively easy. I will say that the dealership was extremely busy, and although they do offer amenities to assist with occupying your time. There were so many people needing attention from the representatives there were certainly lulls in the process where we had to sit and wait. I would certainly recommend Brandon Honda to someone searching for a new car. More
