Because of a life change it was necessary to return the leased car of Denny V. Hanson to the dealer. I being unaccustomed to this experience, Chris made it a good experience for me, during a stressful time of my week. following up on recalls I was impressed that they followed up several times to remind me that I need to bring the car in for a recall - beyond the first one. They got me in on time, the waiting area was decent, the coffee was good, and while it took longer than I hoped they explained the hold up and got me thru the check out quickly. It's the only Honda dealer nearby but that isn't a problem as I'd definitely go back to them for service and friendly staff. More

An honest review I recently bought a Honda Fit. A couple of days after I brought it home I noticed a service sticker stating that the battery is in good condition but I recently bought a Honda Fit. A couple of days after I brought it home I noticed a service sticker stating that the battery is in good condition but the brakes and tires were poor. I also noticed coffee stains on the seats that weren't noticeable at first but under the light they were. I took it back to get the seats shampooed and I also told them about the service sticker. However, they did not shampoo my car. They only spot cleaned some coffee spots and the rest are still there. They also informed me that the tires were 50% and not 60% how it was promised when I bought it.They were changed because my service advisor had already told me they were going to be changed. It's a little disappointing because they should've been changed from the beginning. If he didn't accidentally tell me they were going to change it then I wouldn't have had my tires. My oil is also at 30%. I'm spending thousands of dollars on a 'Honda certified' car that doesn't even have an oil change. Who knows the breaks might also be in poor condition like how the sticker stated. Despite that everyone during the process was very nice. Jacob, my service advisor, kept me updated and he stayed longer than he was supposed to during his shift to make sure I was all set. I just wish they took a closer look at the car before delivering it. If Honda is going to advertise a Honda certified car, then they should deliver a Honda certified car and nothing less. More
