Needless to say I was quite surprised !!! I see the rules have changed but I wasn't clued in " when I called for my appointment. I love Brandon Honda and am a loyal customer.....true I was only getting an oil change but I'm old school and think appointment should mean something....maybe a designated line for those having gone to the trouble to book an appointment?? PS...the handicap soap dispenser in the ladies room doesn't work....thought you'd want to know. More

That is why I must give Will Shupe all the credit in the world for not only having the patience of a saint, but he was one of the most polite, professional, courteous, honest, and legitimate people I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only did I get a VERY good deal on a truck, but Mr. Shupe even picked me up himself with the truck so I could drive it home. He answered every phone call, answered every OCD question with profound patients, but he actually did everything he said he was going to do. I cannot give Mr. Shupe a better review. I wish there were more salesmen like him. Throughout the years I've been with each of my family members to purchase vehicles because I am a mechanic. Every single time a salesmen would make promises that they had no intention of keeping. This was the first time in my life this did NOT happen. I am pleasantly surprised and truly grateful. Once my vehicle was being taken in I was offered a ride and told I would be updated as to the status of my repair. Everything was as promised. Richard kept me informed and was extremely helpful and professional. The part had to be ordered and would be repaired the next day, Richard and Neil were amazing with keeping ever aspect of this repair done in a timely and professional manner with a open and full line of communication.
