Started out a terrible day ended up fantastic! Ran over something on the highway :( Had my car towed to Brandon Honda. What started out as a terrible day for me (because who wants to deal with a flat tire on Friday morning before a holiday weekend), and ended up a fantastic day when I checked out and had to pay nothing for the tire since it was covered under "road hazard". Every time I go to Brandon Honda, they are always friendly and efficient! I love them!! More

Manual tire blow up takes less time than patch. First off, kudos to the customer service reps they have in the service department. They are kind and attentive. However... Road side assistance came out within the hour and put a spare on. Called the service department and was told that the first available appointment to have the tire repaired was on Tues at 4pm. (That's a long time to be riding on a spare, but we have the tire pkg, so, wanted to to take advantage of that warranty). Got to the dealership and was told, an appointment was not necessary... that I just should have come in and that even though I had an appointment it would be at least an hour until the repair was made. An hour and a half later... patch done, tire put back on and I was on my way. Very irritating experience. More

I really love the Accord Coupe with it's responsive V6 VTech engine and would have a difficult time trading it in. I would return to Brandon Honda if and when I want or need another vehicle. More
