Best in Class Service Experience! After an extensive wait and lack of clarity, Bob H took control of the situation and made things right and went well beyond expectations in solving all the challenges at no cost to us! This is our third purchase at Brandon Honda and this experience reinforces why we keep coming back!! Bad Salesmanship! Brandon Honda messed up! We were all set to purchase a Ridgeline with a ton of accessories and due to the poor salesmanship of Mr. Wright they lost Brandon Honda messed up! We were all set to purchase a Ridgeline with a ton of accessories and due to the poor salesmanship of Mr. Wright they lost our business. Here is how - We had initially started negotiating with a great guy named Kendry. We were well on the way until we received a call from his direct supervisor Mr. Wright who gave us a completely different price, refused to negotiate the price or even go talk to Kendry to see what he had started. When we told Mr. Wright about the price comparisons we had, he did not want to believe us and tried to tell us we did not know what we were talking about. He was wrong. Even though Kendry apologized for Mr. Wright and tried to bring us back to his deal, we could not get over how we were treated. If this was how they treated us at the start of the sale of a very expensive vehicle how would they treat us after the sale during our maintenance phase? Based on a lot of other reviews regarding the terrible maintenance service of this dealership. We feel we were lucky to escape a very bad experience for years to come. Word to the wise...do your homework and compare dealerships. Make sure you don't regret your decision. This has nothing to do with Kendry...He was great.. It had everything to do with Mr. Wright and his arrogance. More

Rachel was awesome ! the repairs that were done on my car seem t very polite and courteous service, your professional staff are very knowledgeable. Rachel was awesome ! the repairs that were done on my car seem to have been done correctly as i have not experienced any on going issues. the only issue that i want to point out is your labor rates, i realize that you get what you pay for but my repairs materials were a little over $200 but i was charged over $1400 for labor, according to my receipt the labor time was over 9 hours but i am certain my technician wasn't paid that amount and your dealership certainly pocketed the rest and that just seems excessive to me. i also realize you're in business to make money but making money is easy when you charge these kind of rates. i just think the labor charge seemed excessive. thank you for listening More
