Revised Review Since I was displeased with my service recently, I was called by the Operations Director and asked to stop by at my convenience to discuss the problem Since I was displeased with my service recently, I was called by the Operations Director and asked to stop by at my convenience to discuss the problem. After a short review of my feelings, Eric Vogel explained in detail what my Service Agreement did and did not cover. It actually covered most of what I thought it would. However, since the "Ding and Dent" coverage was not at all what we were told, we were able to delete that coverage. We are now satisfied with our first service visit with Brandon Honda and know what to expect on future visits. More
