I was able to go to the dealership on a Saturday. Kayla was with another client, but promptly made sure that I received service quickly. Kayla sent Andre and he was excellent. He spent plenty of time addressing my questions and concerns. He never pressured me to buy a car. He seemed more concerned about making the right decision for myself than anything else. Kayla came over when she finished with her other client and had the same exact attitude as Andre. Though I have less than ideal circumstance Gino was willing to work with me. To the point that there was no real need to sit and haggle over price or anything. My overall experience was 100% excellent. I see why this dealership is so highly rated. I would put them up against any dealership in the US and I don't think they'll have a problem matching up. This is a top notch group of people and they delivered an excellent experience. More

One reason is that we got a great car and a great deal. Another is the folks who work there know how to treat their customers. Grant Hocking, the Quality Assurance Manager, is super knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and exceptional at his job. Jerry Meany, who has previously sold us two cars, is now the Internet Manager, and he easily guided us through the features of our new vehicle before sending us to Chris, who did the paperwork with us. Buying this car was pretty painless compared with other car-buying experiences we have had at other dealerships. We have always had excellent service from Brandon Honda. They are really dedicated to making the customer happy - everyone at this dealership is very dedicated. We really can't recommend them highly enough. They deserve more than 5 stars! More

Ron Wright was awesome to deal with on the price, and we feel like we got the best price possible. Actually buying the vehicle took longer then the process of finding it. We are very pleased with Brandon Honda, and will gladly driver the hour drive there to buy our next car. I do not like car dealerships, but this one was different. Looked at the new Ridgeline but a lot more than we wanted to spend at this time. He showed us a used Ridgeline that had just been traded in. We purchased it. I am very pleased that he did not try to pressure us into the new vehicle but got us exactly what we needed and were looking for. You don't find too many car dealers who will actually listen to your needs and then do what they can for you. I will recommend them to anybody shopping for a car and you can rest assured that our next vehicle purchase will come off their lot. More

Tim and Robin were great!! I went into Brandon Honda last week and met with Robin. He was great. I gave him my price range and he showed me available cars. When I didn't find one that day I wanted, he gave me his card and invited me back. I also met with Tim, didn't get his last name. And again, very friendly. Mad me feel comfortable to come back in a week later. They showed me everything I wanted to see and fell in love with the civic. I also want to state that Robin responded to my emails in minutes. I got cards from other dealers and emailed them and never heard back. Not the case with Robin, which is another reason for the return visit. There was never a negative experience and now I have a car that I absolutely love. Thanks guys, If you go into Brandon Honda, ask for Robin. More

Dan Ryan sold me a Chrysler at a Honda Dealership I had never been to a car dealership before, and generally avoid them on purpose because I HATE to be "sold" and what could be more sales-y than the c I had never been to a car dealership before, and generally avoid them on purpose because I HATE to be "sold" and what could be more sales-y than the car salesman stereotype? But I had to go in because where else could I test drive both the Chrysler and Honda minivans in one place (God bless timing & Brandon's used inventory)? I decided to call before making the trip, and spoke with Dan who I cannot say enough good things about. He made the entire process not only bearable but enjoyable and I left with exactly the right car for me. If you can, ask for Dan Ryan... he truly did a phenomenal job! More
