After his car was there for an extended period of time Jennifer Chasse and Grant Hocking swooped in and saved the day for my family. Jennifer went above and beyond the call of duty to restore my faith in the dealership and the service department. She and Grant truly made me feel like Brandon Honda valued me as a customer which is huge these days and sometimes the only thing that sways a decision. For a big purchase such as this you want to know you've got the support long after you drive off the lot and I can assure you (after 4 cars) that Brandon Honda is there for you. Her manager, Ron Wright greeted me as well and made sure the process continued to flow smoothly and ended with a stress free finance manager, Chris Shotwell who was just as courteous and efficient with my time. Got me in and out of finance quickly and made sure I understood all my options. I was also impressed with the in store cafe. How did they know I would be starving when I got there??
