BEYOND PHENOMENAL I have never met a salesman that was actually about the customer instead of making a sale. Will and I did most of our details via text and email throughout the day, he went out of his way finding a car at another dealership to meet my family and financial needs. When I went into the dealership after work he had all the numbers ready to go, and then went 2 1/2 hours out of his way in rush hour traffic to make sure I drove away with that vehicle. He went out of his way and reached out to me after the sale MULTIPLE times to make sure I was satisfied with the car and the service, and then when I had to take the car to get serviced the next day, he made sure they made my car a priority and got it done 100%! All I know, for any further purchases with myself or family and friends, he will be who I send them too. I could appreciate him more than I do. Thank you Will Shupe!!!! More

Awesome Buying Experience I had been in a rental car that Honda provide for about a month due to the airbag recall. Once I went back to pick up my car everybody was wonderful i I had been in a rental car that Honda provide for about a month due to the airbag recall. Once I went back to pick up my car everybody was wonderful in getting my CRV and helping me load my "stuff" back into it. However I had an email about finding out how much my CRV was worth, and I had been looking at the Odyssey. I spoke with Grant and he was great and gave me the price of the Odyssey and what the trade in would be for my CRV. Went home spoke with my husband and came up with a price that we were comfortable paying. On Saturday they were jammed packed with people but Grant immediately came over and spoke with me. We were able to work out a deal and he set me up with Slim B. Slim had me test drive the minivan and then got the paperwork started. Being a new mom with the baby at home they moved everything along as fast as they could, the only problem was detailing had a long line. He asked me what I wanted to do, I decided to come back on Monday to have the car detailed. I called to let him know that I was on my way. He met me at the front door took the keys and gave me a bottle of water. Grant popped over to see how everything was going. Since I had the baby with me I was walking around pushing the stroller and Tyler from services (he helped with the recall) asked me how I was doing. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. Everybody was super sweet and helpful. More

He listened to our concerns and thoughts and took them seriously. Trust me, we weren't easy, we definitely were armed with our best possible bargaining skills and he was always very pleasant and took them into consideration. I felt like I could easily call him in the future if any problems ever came up. As for the dealership as a whole, I'd say it was average. We had some trouble communicating between the bank and the dealership and had to make more trips into Honda (and the bank, but that's not their fault) than was necessary. But really, it was Leo that made this experience. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More
