Our Ridgeline! We were looking for a Ridgeline RT, which is very hard to find. We drove 90 minutes to Brandon Honda, only to find the RT was gone. Bill gave us a great test drive in an RTS and suggested we wait till the next RT came in. It was nearing becoming available. Bill updated us almost every day that his inventory staff was working on it. Well, the day finally came that the delays were more than he thought we should have to deal with. He had gotten an RTS in our color and he could get us in that vehicle. Here we are, the next day getting ready to drive home in our new RIDGELINE...at a price we thought was fair. We're happy we hung in there and kept believing that Bill Kirk would get the sale done. This dealership has a great vibe, it's a place that won't be terrible to hang out in as I wait for my two free oil changes. There's a nice cafe and comfortable seating. Check it out! More

He showed us that the tires and brakes were all new. Being pre-owned, there were a couple of minor services items that we wanted taken care of. Tony let us fill in all the paperwork but not pay for the vehicle until it was ready and met our satisfaction. Jeremiah was the one who handled all the paperwork. It was an efficient process and Jeremiah even helped us save some money by finding an old registration of ours that we could transfer. The sales managers we met were also pleasant to work with. This is a quality dealership. They even offered to buy us lunch while we were doing the paperwork. All in all, a very good experience. More

She had a car out front, paperwork prepped and I drove my beautiful new Odyssey off the lot 3 hours later...on a very busy day at the dealership. That is a new personal best for me when it comes to car shopping. Priscilla is a true professional. She bought us lunch while we waited and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Finally, we found one that I knew was to perfect, but I had my eyes on another 'perfect' car at carmax. Erickson called me again and because of the consistency in kindness and desire to find me what I needed I knew that I only wanted to purchase my car from him. Although... the finance team made me feel pressured to buy their insurance when I already have my own. I understood their benefits, but being a first time car buyer I felt as if they took advantage of my lack of knowledge and I ended up putting a little more money down every month for something I may never need. I am hoping to have some time to stop that payment in the near future. More

Then once it was time to sign the papers, Jim helped move things along, got the papers signed quickly, and got us on our way. He was a professional and great guy to chat with and I actually had a fun time signing papers! Will absolutely recommend Sal, Jim, and Brandon Honda, and heck, already been talking about it at work!
