I had scheduled an appointment about a week prior and was sent both a confirmation e-mail as well as a reminder as the date approached. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was greeted by a service advisor and was told that someone would be with me shortly. Within 20 minutes, my vehicle was in line to be worked on for the next few hours, as promised. I decided to stay on the premises to enjoy the inviting lobby area with relaxing chairs, upbeat music and an entertaining television. Before long, the Assistant Service Manager sent a notification to my phone where I could check in and view the status of my repair order. I was also informed of some other detailed recommendations with associated prices/charges for my vehicle. Before leaving, I was offered a complimentary car wash and drove away with a smile on my face! More
