Fair & Honest My wife and I picked Brandon Honda for their 200,000 mile powertrain warranty. More specifically, however, we were pleased with our salesman, Eddie My wife and I picked Brandon Honda for their 200,000 mile powertrain warranty. More specifically, however, we were pleased with our salesman, Eddie Juica. I am sure that most people can relate to having had a negative or less than pleasant experience with a car dealer (after all, stereotypes exist for a reason--if you're looking for comic relief, Google 'car dealer meme'). My wife and I went to several Honda and Nissan dealerships while shopping around in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area, and we went through a few moments that felt downright sleazy. By contrast, working with Eddie J. came as a great respite. He dealt with us in a straightforward fashion; he listened to our needs/wants while taking our budget ceiling seriously; he never withheld information, misled, or made false promises; nor did he play the game of 'let me talk to my manager to see what I can do'; he was patient and let us drive several CRVs to find the one that best met our criteria (on a side note, Brandon Honda had a much wider selection than most of the other lots we visited). All in all, working with Eddie J. felt like he genuinely took the best interests of his customers to heart as much as he did any profit motive. My wife and I drove away happy with her first car--and we're glad it's a Honda. My only minor complaint is that the detailing job looked a bit half-assed and slapdash when we came to pick up the car. Granted, this was Memorial Day weekend, so they were probably all simply overworked. More

Excellent Customer Service I received a Safety Recall letter from Honda in July 2016 regarding the replacement of the passenger airbag inflator and called on July 27 to have the I received a Safety Recall letter from Honda in July 2016 regarding the replacement of the passenger airbag inflator and called on July 27 to have the parts ordered. I was told that it would take 1 to 4 weeks for the parts to arrive, so called again on August 24 to check on the status and was told they hadn't come in yet and that Brandon Honda would call when they did. I called again this past Monday, September 19 for an update and spoke with Venus Sanchez, who apologized for the delay and then checked and said the parts had arrived and scheduled an appointment for yesterday, September 21. She also advised that it would take 2-3 hours, so I brought my car in at 10:00 am. I then called again around 2:00 pm and tried to reach my service advisor Bob Hovorka, who was on the phone with another customer, so Venus said she would check with him and get back to me, which she did around 2:30 pm. I was very impressed with her excellent customer service skills and thanked her in person when I checked out. I also met with Bob, who has been my service advisor in previous visits, before leaving for a review of the work that had been done. He has always been courteous and attentive, and was again yesterday. When I left and was just 15 minutes down the road, my air conditioner began blowing warm and then hot air, so I shut it off and tried adjusting the temperature, which was at the lowest possible setting when I left the lot, but it still was not working properly, so I turned around and called Bob to let him know what was happening and that I was coming back. But while driving back and speaking to Bob, the A/C began working again so he said to monitor it and let him know by email if it continued to do so today, even though it was his day off. So far, so good on the A/C, and again I appreciated him wanting to be advised. More

From the moment I entered my email and phone number on the Brandon Honda website a week ago to signing my name on the purchase papers (after 2 and a h From the moment I entered my email and phone number on the Brandon Honda website a week ago to signing my name on the purchase papers (after 2 and a half hours of peeling through the layers of uncertainty in my head!!), the experience at Brandon Honda was like a nice nite out with friends! The staff corresponded through emails, texting and phone calls...even leaving voicemails. All this wasn't done to push or even attempt to persuade me to make a premature decision on a purchase. No. Each contact was to see if they could help me in any way to make my decision! The emails from the owner (and even his dog!!) were very professional and unexpected. Though my budget was for a pre-owned vehicle and on the lower end of the sale spectrum, I can comfortably say beyond a shadow of a doubt that I was treated as if purchasing MANY Hondas from this group yesterday! Getting drinks at the "cafe" was truly inviting and a first I've experienced at an auto dealership. Finally, I must add that I've driven Hondas for the last 12 years and reside in Port Richey, Florida which is 45 minutes and 50 miles away from Brandon Honda. There are many closer dealerships for Hondas (which I inevitably was purchasing) but I made the trip. To John M., Bo, Ken and yes...even Zeus....I thank you for the "fine" treatment at Brandon Honda!! More
