Although I wouldn't say any of our experiences have been bad at other dealerships, we would have not rated any of them as "good" until now. We worked with CHRIS HROCH who was patient, informative, and went out of his way to help us out. He worked with us for about 2 weeks to make sure that we got the car we wanted and the price that worked for us. He and the other staff worked to get the car shipped over and made sure it was better than what we expected. We also worked with DON BITLER in financing. Here was another great experience. Don was honest and thorough with the information he presented. He even went through it a second time with my husband on speakerphone. He explained everything until we understood. I can go on to mention at least 3-5 more great experiences with Chris, Don, and several others. We are happy to have them so close by and are looking forward to making further purchases with them in the future. More
