Tony Townsend did a great job! My wife and I were in Brandon and decided that we would just stop in for a test drive in the honda civic touring. Her lease was almost up and she was ready for a new car. After test driving the car Tony took us inside to show us the numbers. I was not buying that day. While we were in the negotiating process Tony offered us lunch. That in itself was awesome. We actually went over numbers while we were eating. After finding out the prices we let them know we were going to head home and think it over. It did not so there Tony went back one more time. He came back with a better number than i expected. So for the first time ever I actually signed for the car that day. My wife is very happy in her new car and I will be going back to buy a CRV when the 2017s are released. Brandon Honda went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Also the finance part was a breeze. Chris Shotwell kept his word and got us in and out. He made the experience that much easier. We even received a video tonight from Tony telling us thank you for our business. 3 managers also came out and thanked us for our business. If you need a new Honda make sure you give Brandon Honda a chance. Oh and before I forget every person in that dealership that walked by us spoke and said hello. I couldn't help but to hug him before I left. Jim Turner was my finance officer who was a straight shooter and I really appreciated that. He was honest and very funny.
