I received a fair offer right off the bat(I had done some "homework" before coming in) He was very patient and helpful while wife and I were looking over the inventory. After the sale(and a lot before the sale) he went over every knob,screen,gadget,button,color,warranty information etc on the vehicle . Chris Shotwell was extremely knowledgeable,friendly and helpful in the finance department(well done here!) Definitely one of my best car buying experiences. Thanks to both of them and Brandon Honda. The "finance team" however could have done a better job with the first offer on treating the client with the same respect and class treatment that Ron and Antonio provided. I say this because my daughter changed her mind a few times on what car she wanted and the dealer just rolled with the punches knowing she was 19 years old and this was a big decision for her.
