These guys saved my opinion of this dealership I purchased a vehicle on 12/3/15 and had asked questions about an issue with the car. I was assured it was not an issue. Then yesterday, I found out on my own that it actually was. I felt like I wasn't going to get any help but after being forwarded to salesman after salesman and then to the manager I finally got handed off to Grant. Grant Hocking is the manager in service and there is a reason for that. He is beyond great! He assured me he would take care of me. He apologized for the issues I had. While waiting for my vehicle to be fixed he provided me with a meal voucher. He also helped me get papers from my purchase that I had been calling about and wasn't able to get from anyone. Grant really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and out of there in no time. When I first arrived at the dealership to get my vehicle fixed, I pulled into the service area. While looking for Grant, I was helped by David Easlick (also in service) who helped figure out my situation. He found Grant for me when no one seemed willing to do that. He gave me his number to call him if I had any other issues. I was very frustrated with Brandon Honda, but thanks to Grant and David, I would go back for my next vehicle. These are some stand up guys! The sales area isn't great, but the service is A+++ ! More
Don't expect too much after you sign I had asked about the tires on the vehicle we were purchasing because I felt that they weren't very good. I was concerned. A week after purchasing I brought the vehicle back in again to have a specific tire looked at because it sounded funny when I drove. I was assured again that it was fine. Not even two weeks after that I was calling the deanship again... still concerned. As I was on the phone with them, my tire went flat. Literally, as I was speaking with them. I was told that all their cars are certified as safe and drivable... yet I was sitting in a car I couldn't drive because I had a flat tire. I was told to drive up to the deanship (40 miles from me) to see what they could do. I explained to them I couldn't afford to drive that far on a donut to find out that they couldn't replace it for me. I still was given no explanation. I can't even be mad at my salesman because he was just doing what he was told. I am frustrated that he didn't see what he could do to check it out before we signed, but oh well. I am, however, frustrated with the manager, Bill Beachner. He was so short with me on the phone. It was as if he couldn't understand why I needed to know *before* driving 40 miles whether or not they would be able to get me a new tire. Instead of checking if they had the right size for me, he just told me he didn't know and that I should probably just talk to Grant in sales. I am absolutely fed up with the sales department, but the service department saved them! Grant Hocking and David Easlick in service were AMAZING!!! Definitely cleaned up the mess made by sales brushing me off. Thank you guys! More

2016 Accord Car Experience This is my 3rd purchase at this dealership. I toke advantage of their monthly dealership offering to upgrade our 2013 Honda Civic. The offer indicated This is my 3rd purchase at this dealership. I toke advantage of their monthly dealership offering to upgrade our 2013 Honda Civic. The offer indicated it would give us "UP TO$4,000" of the market value of our car. As we all know, "UP TO" means you may get about half IF you are lucky. We actually got close to $5,000 over market value for our trade-in. It was an offer we just couldn't pass up. during the finalization phase of our transaction, we actually got a ~$1,000 support package due to our credit score (~730) at NO COST to us. Since this transaction was a lease for a gorgeos 2016 burgundy Accord LX , 1st payment was due at time of purchase. Since I indicated we did NOT have that first payment, they simply moved it back 1 month. I really felt like I was treated with ROYALITY. My salesmen on this transaction, Remi and Don Negri, were 1st class professional through out this process as well as Ron Wright. I also want to mention that I actually won a trip to Italy from this dealership when we purchased our Honda Odyssey on Black Friday in 2013. it is safe to say, I will buy my next car at Brandon Honda!!!! Best experience in purchasing a car ever! She told me to grab some coffee and before I know it Don Negri approached me with Allison and he saw my face of stress and said " don't stress we will figure something out " and he sure did... it was early in my lease.. the miles kept pilling up and honestly he went through every avenue to take me out of my situation. I was able to get a brand new car financed with the best sale person and financial ad visor making the process super smooth, and friendly and they really wanted me to be 100% satisfied.
