Top of the Line Honda Pilot Elite, Touring I had been looking at 2016 Toyota Highlanders, Limited Editions at several locations. I began calling for the cars and personnel first to make an app I had been looking at 2016 Toyota Highlanders, Limited Editions at several locations. I began calling for the cars and personnel first to make an appointment. Out of curiosity, I stopped in around 1 pm and was greeted by some very nice gentlemen throughout the store. One helped me to become more acquainted with the Pilot Elite models and determined that the Touring would be what I wanted. He had me test drive a new 2016 Pilot Elite, Touring and I was very happy with the ride and equipment. However, some of the equipment didn't seem to work. Feris, one of the managers, was able to explain that the SUV needed to be still detailed and prepped for release. Feris offered for me to look at the Showroom model which is the touring sedan with the most perfect gliding wheels and too many options to count. With the Elites being so hard to obtain, I was hesitant to purchase it with many extras, but Feris convinced me to drive the SUV Pilot. Feris then began making a deal with me for that 2016 Pilot Elite, Touring. It was quite a long negotiation, but we decided to buy that one. Even with the "hiccups" that occurred with another salesperson, Ferris Hamdan maintained his composure and gracious, even-mannered attitude. He continued the negotiations with clear explanations regarding how much he could give for my vehicle and other options available to us. He brought in Salvador Manalili - with his award-winning smile - to help iron out all the necessary details and to make our purchasing experience streamlined and efficient. Jim in Finance helped us to find the lowest interest rate and entertained us with his most excellent stories. Jim is definitely one of those people who are adept at socializing and working proficiently simultaneously. He was so well versed in the process of buying/selling the car and filling out the forms in a very timely fashion, Jim had us out of his office in under 1 hour. The Service Manager, James Lafemina, was very warm and inviting, telling me to come in and ask for him directly. The sale began a little later in the day, so we didn't exit Brandon Honda until after 11;00 pm, but everyone completely performed their jobs efficiently. Before we left, we had accumulated all the direct line cell phones numbers for Salvador, Ferris, James in service, and Jim in Finance. I have to say this is one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you Brandon Honda for such a memorable purchase. More
