Wonderful from start to finish I had a great experience at Brandon Honda today! I went along with my daughter because she wanted to look at a Civic. We were greeted by Mike, who immediately made us feel welcome. He was knowledgable and great to deal with, wasn't pushy in the slightest, and really listened. I wasn't planning on buying a car today, but Mike showed me the Crosstour and after taking it for a test drive I knew I wanted that car. He worked with me and my daughter to obtain reasonable financing, and even provided us with lunch and laughs. The gentleman we worked with in the finance department was great as well, and made the process enjoyable and easy to understand. When all the paperwork was signed, Mike was there to spend the extra time with me and my daughter so that we could understand our new vehicles. Everyone that we dealt with today, from service to sales was a delight to work with. I'm happy to be a new Brandon Honda customer. Thanks Mike and the team! More

Top notch experience from start to finish I never thought I'd ever have a pleasant time at a dealership until today, thanks to some bad experiences in the past.. My mom and I stopped in on a w I never thought I'd ever have a pleasant time at a dealership until today, thanks to some bad experiences in the past.. My mom and I stopped in on a whim to look at the new Civic, and we were warmly greeted by Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and funny--never once did he stop smiling. He worked tirelessly, showing me vehicles in my price range and putting up with my pickiness (I'm not the easiest customer!). He even provided my mom and I with lunch from the awesome cafeteria while I filled out paperwork. Eventually he showed me a fully loaded 2013 Crosstour, and I was hooked. I was happy we could make the financing work--the gentleman we spoke with to do the paperwork was hilarious and awesome as well, and really knew his stuff. And, not only did I buy a car, but my mom did too--we both loved the Crosstour, and ended up with the same car. :) Mike stuck with us for hours, helped us program everything, and was there with us until the very end. I am so thankful he was my salesman today...don't let go of him--he's great! Literally everyone I encountered today was friendly, which makes a stressful situation such as car buying actually (dare I say it) fun! All in all, I love my new car, I loved my experience, and am a happy Brandon Honda customer. And maybe next time I'll get to meet Zeus. :) More
