Great buying experience Since I live in Palm Harbor, I was very hesitant to drive to Brandon for a car purchase. So my wife and I called "Road Trip" and worst case we would go out to dinner. We walked into your dealership and was met promptly by Priscila for our 1030 appt. By the way, the 200 feet it took us to get to front door we must have been greeted at least 50x with good morning. Priscila was spot on and knew exactly what I was looking for. Up to this point I was still 50/50 between the CRV and a Rogue(I know that is not a popular word for a Honda dealer). We went out to look at the vehicle and took a drive. Very nice ride. Priscila was very informative about the vehicle. I told her lets talk trade in. I had a dollar figure in mind but was shocked when they appraised it. This whole time were offered refreshments by Priscila and others. After the deal was made and some additional accessories were installed we drove out like happy campers. Once again thankyou for your great service and hospitality. Since I also work in the customer service industry this was a big plus. Priscila, thank you again. More

My Internet Sales Manager, Don Negri, was accommodating through the entire process. I didn't even get "passed around" which is typical when purchasing a vehicle. Don was my only point of contact, besides the wonderful and effervescent Allison Westrate in the Service Department. Allison took my initial request, and had Don work with me to secure my purchase. The Synergystic experience I had with both of them was very positive and seamless. I could go on and on, it's all about building relationships, and through that you earn trust, and then guidance. I experienced all of this with both Allison, and with Don. Hats off to these two "superstars" at Brandon Honda. Now I know I have a person I can trust in both the Service, and the Sales Department. Kudos to both of them!!!! Oops, forgot Chris Shotwell, he had me in and out in under 45 minutes. And that Ouiji Board on his desk he works with is awesome as well. More

First new car in 40 years I haven't bought a car since 2005, and haven't bought a new car in 40 years. Sal greeted me out front and from there was courteous and respectful. He was helpful in letting me make up my own mind. This was important because of how long it's been since I made a purchase, and because I take my own time making up my mind. I came in with a set amount I wanted to pay monthly. I left committed to pay $35 a month more and for 12 more months. I have to say this gave me second thoughts and some buyers remorse. This is less of a problem for me because of the reputation of Honda vehicles and the respectful way I was treated at Brandon Honda. I have 2 sons, both of them own 2 Hondas each. And one son just came in and traded for 2 new Hondas a week ago. I thank Sal for providing guidance through what was frankly an uncomfortable experience for me. More
