Fast and Friendly Due to my work schedule, I can only take my car for maintenance around 5:30-6 during the busiest times, as that is when most people get off work. The young men who greet me when I arrive are always friendly and helpful. My advisors have always been friendly and honest. My most recent advisor was Ken who explained to me the process and my cars current needs, he did not try to haggle me or try to convince me into something I do not need. My car is always returned washed and vacuumed. I had a lot of sand in my car form the holiday weekend, which I felt bad about, but the vacuumed it all out. I will always go to Honda for my car needs. Considerate and Convenient Experience! I emailed and spoke with Jackie to find out if they had the HRV there for a test drive. They not only had the vehicle, but they had it in the model, I emailed and spoke with Jackie to find out if they had the HRV there for a test drive. They not only had the vehicle, but they had it in the model, color and interior style that I was interested in. After the test drive my sales person, Andre, took the time to go over all of my options for the vehicle and for my financing. It was late when I arrived at the dealership, so in consideration of how tired I was, we rescheduled for my return to continue with the purchase the next morning when I was well rested. Everyone was very accommodating in answering my questions throughout the process as this was my first new car purchase EVER! Brandon Honda might not be the closest to my home or office, but they have earned the extra miles I will travel to bring my car in for servicing in the future.
