Making Car Buying Easy Let me preface this by saying 8 years ago when I got my first car, the salesman I dealt with at Brandon Honda turned me off to the entire dealership. Let me preface this by saying 8 years ago when I got my first car, the salesman I dealt with at Brandon Honda turned me off to the entire dealership. Joel has completely changed my mind about the entire process. I started my day out across the street at Toyota, and they promptly found a way to shoot themselves in the foot and get me off their lot. I decided to give Brandon Honda one more shot, and the first person I saw was Joel. He was upfront, honest, genial, and made the entire process completely pain free. Joel is very well spoken, personable, and took the time to explain everything to me and go over all my options. I didn't feel any pressure at any point in the process, which, im sure you are saying "no way, that's not even possible!" But, let me tell you I wouldn't say it if it was in any way untrue. Joel has made buying a car a truely enjoyable experience, and I would recommend him to ANYONE with the inclination to purchase a new car. I am thoroughly happy with my brand new 2016 civic, and just as much so with my experience at Brandon Honda, all thanks to Joel. I do believe he has made a lifelong customer, and if he ever leaves Brandon Honda, I may just have to track him down so i can deal with him again; because I know he will treat me right, if not even better. Overall Great Experience. Antonio is awesome!, Our company just leased 3 new vehicles. We returned to Antonio after 2 leases done with Antonio 2 years ago. We expected the same great service, and Antonio exceeded our expectations. I think this is an excellent overall dealership, but I will say the finance dept does need some improvement . The time to get paperwork completed is a little much, even after all the paperwork being prepared, there were still errors and we wound up re-signing 2 of the vehicles. Overall time of 5 hours at a dealership -I think this can be improved. Still an excellent dealership and I will return. More
