John Tanner promised me these things would be taken care of, and they were. At my convenience and working around my schedule, Hanani in the service department fixed everything as promised and was friendly and professional about it. Honestly, I am a cynical person and fully expected to get a run-around and have to pay or argue to complete these items, but I was very pleasantly surprised not only by the quality of the service, but by the attitude of Hanini and John. It had been a great car so I knew I wanted another Honda. My first trip to look was at Brandon Honda because that was where I had purchased my previously mentioned Honda. Right away, Ricky Rosado approached me and my family in a very friendly and low pressure sort of way. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. I saw a car that after taxes after fees was probably going to be out of my price range, and after I drove it - I knew it was the one. After some very fair negotiating, the deal was approved. Ricky made it happen all while remaining very professional and upfront. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. The dealership was full of smiling faces and friendly service. The quality control manager, Grant, was also very nice and helpful. All and all - I could not have asked for a better experience. I will recommend this dealership and Ricky to all my friends and family in the market. More
