I was very impressed with not just finding a used car that I'd be happy with but putting together a affordable finance plan that I know I could meet without having to drain my wallet. I honestly thought I would of either been turned away or been asked to put down a DP & monthly payment plan in which I just couldn't afford, but Robin and the guys over at Brandon Honda completely exceeded my expectations with what they were able to get me into (2012 Ford Fiesta) and what I had to put down to make it work. I was ready to purchase a new Honda at my local Honda Dealership, but at the last minute drove an hour and a h The BEST car shopping experience ever! I was ready to purchase a new Honda at my local Honda Dealership, but at the last minute drove an hour and a half to Brandon Honda. I was connected to Ron Wright after a previous online inquiry while on the other phone with my local dealership! Ron was upfront and extremely friendly, honestly wanting my business. I was skeptical of the price I was given via online, but Ron immediately sent me an email with an out the door price...no fine print, no hassle. We drove there expecting there to be some kind of catch. Great things like this just don't happen to us. Ron immediately greeted us and took us to "my" car for inspection. We sat down at Ron's desk and he handed me the user's manual and keys...without hesitation of my credit analysis. While in the finance office with Sean Hawes, sure enough, the price on the "out the door" email I got was exactly the same on the paperwork! I was so delighted - no surprises!! My credit union had already offered me a 2.45% APR and I am far from having perfect credit. I mistakenly let them know what my CU had offered prior to having them run my credit report. They could have matched it or even dropped it a little...BUT I got the .9% APR that Honda was offering. I am still pinching myself today...I had just sold my 2004 Toyota Camry and now am in an amazing updated reliable car that I am thrilled about! Sean was patient with my questions, honest with his answers and did not overwhelm me with pressure to purchase "extras" that I did not need. Once all the lines were signed, Ron met with us again and escorted us to my new Honda Accord EX-L sedan, showed me all the gadgets and gizmos and how they all worked, connected my Bluetooth with my phone and really took all the time we needed with any questions we had. I can't believe how incredible this experience was! The transaction in whole was extremely fast and being it was the day after Christmas, the place was packed! We were treated as if we were the most important people there that day, as I'm sure everyone there was made to feel the same! If I had the money, I would buy from Brandon Honda again tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next day! When you stop in...ask for Ron Wright, you won't be disappointed!!! More

He listened to us and found us a vehicle that had all of the features we wanted. We also spoke with Dan (We don't remember his last name) and a man from Cincinnati on the sales floor, and John handled our paperwork. All of the employees were very friendly. AMAZING!!!!! Ron Wright is the best! I have to say i went in for a civic SI i left with a Honda Accord Coupe V6, is a totally different car, but I'm now in love Ron Wright is the best!
