The Wright Man - Ron Wright!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! I wish we would have stopped at Brandon Honda first instead of wasting over 4 hours at Wesley Chapel Honda yesterday. We spent most of time playing th I wish we would have stopped at Brandon Honda first instead of wasting over 4 hours at Wesley Chapel Honda yesterday. We spent most of time playing the “numbers game” at Wesley Chapel Honda which I absolutely despise, besides letting us drive off the car lot without a car tag on the vehicles we test drove which is very unprofessional. The staff at Wesley Chapel used pressure sales tactics which we had enough and walked out with no car and hungry. We were only offered a bottle of water and as we stood up and started walking the sales manager at Wesley Chapel, ask why we didn't buy anything, my reply was we are hungry and tried. He said he would order something in for us, but are you kidding me, I know that food would have ended up on the final bill of sale. At this newer facility, they don’t even have seat protectors when using the restroom. That is unacceptable and it shows how they care about their customers, which they clearly don’t care about. Upon arriving at home, I immediately called Brandon Honda and had the pleasure of speaking with the most amazing person, Ron Wright. I was very doubtful at first after my earlier experience, but gave Ron the opportunity to win our business. Ron immediately called me back within the time frame of 3 minutes and gave me the news of their pricing and we immediately headed down to Brandon Honda. Ron was actually scheduled to leave at 6pm and went above and beyond to stay and wait for us to arrive, not to mention he did not leave until we were completely finished with all the paperwork. We kept him informed of our ETA and when we arrived, he had the car waiting for us right out front. We test drove the car, and I still had doubts on the pricing that we discussed over the phone so we headed inside to go over the numbers. Sure enough, he is a man of his word. Ron Wright has definitely promoted our relationship of trust and respect! He excels in providing effective human relations. We were impressed with his excellent customer service skills and I felt he provided the HIGHEST level of customer service we have ever experienced at any car dealership. He was able to effectively communicate complex information into user-friendly terms. He fostered an open communication for all of us to achieve a mutual understanding and an agreement. He was able to think fast on his feet to come up with a solution to my questions and/or requests. In my opinion, he demonstrated an exceptional mastery of professional skills that most individuals in this industry have not been able to showcase. We also had the pleasure to meet Hector Nieves, who was also fabulous. He was very easy going and professional. Both gentlemen were outstanding, professional, and very well groomed in my opinion unlike those who we experienced earlier that day. We are pleased to be picking our NEW Honda today and we cannot wait!!!! We received a better deal than what we were quoted at Wesley Chapel. Ron Wright is a true asset to Brandon Honda and I wish there were more people like him in this world. More

Well I decided to give the car search a break. All the while Ron Wright consistently called to see how the search was going. One day I decided to go back to Brandon Honda and give them one more try. On the second visit, my experience was WONDERFUL. Ron Wright was very helpful and was paid good attention to what I was telling him. Long story short, Ron helped me get into the car that I really wanted. He made the process quick, easy, and stress free and that was what I needed. Ron was a great sales associate. Vaughn Herberlee made the paperwork process great. It was very simple and quick. He made you feel very welcomed and he was very helpful with questions I had (this was the first car I have ever bought). More
