Worst Experience ever... However Good Management.. It was my bad luck that i visited Brandon Honda. I will never visit to this showroom again and will advise to other not to go for Brandon Honda. I had a appointment with Sales Manager at 6:30 pm on Monday 15 th dec. Before appointment, i got many calls and email from Brandon Honda. I sent one mail regarding price quote for Honda CRV but never got reply still decided to go. I had a lots of hope before visiting Brandon Honda. However when i reached at 6:45 pm, i went to front desk and ask for Sales Team.. They informed to Sales Team and asked me to wait . I was with my family and we had to wait around 15-30 min before Somebody came to us and he introduce us to Another Salesman. Guy, he tried to make us feel good and welcomed us very well. We was happy. We asked for price then he told , he will tell us soon . I asked for documents required and he told he will look into that. Then he asked us if we have been seen the car. We said no so he told that he will bring the car and asked us to wait for a while. Now pain started as he become invisible and we were waiting and waiting and waiting for him. My baby was crying. It was around 45 - 55 min when he came back to us and told there is no Honda Crv lx in that showroom. He also introduced us to his manager. Who told us due to my visa issue they can not provide the loan so i can not buy the car now and left. I asked to Salesman for the price if i want to buy in cash or can arrange for loan my self. He told me that he will bring the sheet and tell us. Again he was invisible. We waited again for around 15-20 min and left showroom. It was a horrible experience for me and my family to visit your showroom. Just wanted to know if they was not able to provide me car, cant they just tell me soon .. Why they made me and my family to wait. Why nobody told me price. Next day i visited to KUHN HONDA and within 1 hr my loan was approved and i was a Honda CRV LX owner. The salesman Ryan was very helpful even after sales. I should have been gone first to KUHN Honda. Update : Brandon Honda Management is very good. They used to take care about Customer's review. Salesman and His Manager called me and apologies. They told me that It was a mistake and they will take care about these things in future. IF Management is taking action on Customer's review means they care about customers. Brandon Honda can be consider for business. More

Made it Happen I had an appointment to look at a particular vehicle when I went to Brandon. I immediately had an attitude since they were not prepared and It took everything I had to stay there and not run out the door.. That being said they finally got moving and although we couldn't make it work with the car I went to see, They worked diligently with me both the manager and the sales associate to Make it Happen with another vehicle I liked just as much. Buying a car can be stressful but they knew I was not into the back and fourth haggling and worked with me quickly to get a deal that we could both live with. More

Good experience buying a used Nissan Murano I worked with Jerry Meany and Dan Jordy, and Denise Dupelle from Brandon Honda. I was originally disappointed when they weren't able to locate the sal I worked with Jerry Meany and Dan Jordy, and Denise Dupelle from Brandon Honda. I was originally disappointed when they weren't able to locate the salesman I spoke with on the phone prior to me coming in to test drive. If you work with someone over the phone before coming in, remember who you spoke with, as that will save you alot of hassle. But, I was pleasantly suprised by working with Jerry, Dan, and Denise. The thing I was satisfied with the most was the fact that this is the first car buying experience I have ever had that wasn't stressful at all. Denise was alot to thank for that as I think when you get to finance is when the stress begins. I would recommend Jerry, Dan, and Denise from Brandon Honda. We experienced Essa as a good and honest man who really is working for customer satisfaction and long term dealership loyalty. He was able to articulate the answer to every question we had in clear detail. If you are interested, as we were, in just what type of design earns a 5 star rating, absolutely do not leave the dealership without asking for Mr Essa. He related the safety design features as well as any engineer could. We drove 2 hours to this dealership, because they had the car we wanted on the lot, that was a big factor for us. The other person we dealt with was John Bulbul in financing. We experienced him as personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the financing we made through John Bulbul. We love our Honda and will definitely return to buy again, starting with phoning Mr. Essa and ending with Mr. Bulbul. More
